I found myself as the Outlook support for a new small business and I had only used Outlook for e-mail and contacts previously. This book has quickly become my total reference guide. It has helped me solve several problems. It's easy to read, well organized and very complete.
I recommend it to anyone who needs to support an Outlook installation or an Exchange Server installation.

Great book to walk you through the steps of learning MS Office Outlook 2003 and keeping as a reference for later. Attracative design to keep one's attention.

Exceeds my expectations - 2008-12-16

Being an I.T. staff employee that provides desktop support to about 150 users, I needed a book that provided plenty of knowledge regarding the configuration and streamlined use of Outlook 2003 Client under Windows Server 2003. I'm only on chapter 10 of 42, and I've already learned several things that I could have put to use in the recent past, but didn't have the know-how. I'm sure that there are books out there that dive deeper into how Outlook 2003 works, but this book is perfect for the more tech-savvy user, and the I.T. support staff that hasn't quite yet made it to administrator status. Sure, some of the reading can get dry (show me an I.T. book that doesn't), but for the most part, this book has held my attention and provided much needed tips and knowledge to better support my users on a daily basis.

Power User level, not super technical, but not stuck at beginner level - 2008-11-27

I really like the Inside Out series of books. This one is a good one. I used it in my company for some Outlook classes that we were asked to teach. This is really good for a technical user, support person, or even a beginner who wants to move to the next level. We used it for training support people and power users. Good stuff.
