The primary advice you'll get from this video is "Go out to the Microsoft website" to download whitepapers or whatever to actually learn the material.
A typical video will be "This is fabulous. You can do this with it. Now go to Microsoft.com to learn how. This is also fabulous. You can do this other thing with it. Go to Microsoft.com to learn how."
So basically, skip the video and just go to Microsoft.com.

Thanks for the video it is on the medium level, not boring, not complex. Just a very good technical overview of the Windows Server 2008 technologies.

Mark long did a great job of breaking Windows Server 2008 into digestible 2-7min segments. They were great to listen to while eating breakfast.
Although not an advanced guide, he has created a solid foundation for getting to know Windows Server 2008. His graphics and analogies are very helpful in explaining this subject. His graphics are clear and easy to see.
However, don't expect intense or in depth information, but even if you think you know Windows Server 2008, this is great review and he has few nuggets of advanced information that you may not know.

The Video was a very good overview of the topics discussed but as the instructor constantly alluded to you have to fine other resources to really learn the in's and out's of each topic.
