saw book description of the forth edition in amazon website: "Publication Date: February 20, 2014 | ISBN-10: 0321942051 | ISBN-13: 978-0321942050 | Edition: 4", wonder why safaribooksonline don't have "rough cuts" for it.

The object-C session is full of random characters.  Switch to different browser and different encoding method but not helping with the problem

This book has been the most effective introduction to iOS programming I've come across. They do a great job of providing the necessary technical grounding without being tedious. I particularly like the approach of building out the same application over several chapters. Well worth taking the time to work through.
