Excellent book! This is just want I needed. It gave me the basics I needed and understanding to feel comfortable with Exchange 2007 and pass the exams. Well written. This is written to help you pass the exam, not to learn everything about Exchange 07. I also bought the Syngress title 'How to cheat at configuring Exchange 2007' That has ALOT of 'How to do'. To take your knowledge beyond 'the exam material' I suggest adding that to your library.

Seems Like old material even though published in 2008 - 2008-06-03

I do not believe this book covers SCR, and for that matter probably not SP1. It seems this was published in 2008, but the manuscript must have been from much earlier. If you are looking for updated material on books with SP1 and SCR (new feature of exchange), keep looking.

does go over MX records in failover scenerio, but offers very little practical advice on newer technology as in Anti-SPAM RBL, it does mention RBL, but does not give examples. I would suggest waiting for newer releases.
