Best Project Management Book I've Read - 2009-10-23

As a manager of Project Managers, I look for ways to keep my team informed and using best practices. This book is well organized, has practical examples and easy to follow. I have been giving everyone who joins my group receives a copy for the past 10 years.

I also like that you can just read a chapter or a few pages to refresh yourself on a concept. It isn't a book that you have to start at the beginning in order to get to the point you are after.

I own both the first edition and this improved version and am impressed with the expanded content.
