Synchronize Files with Other Computers
If you use MacBook and another computer, such as an iMac, you should keep documents you work on synchronized on each computer so that changes you make on MacBook are reflected on the iMac, and vice versa.
You can make sure you have the most current version of documents in both locations in a couple of ways. If you have MobileMe, you can use your iDisk as the synchronizing mechanism; this is good because the process is mostly automatic. You can also use a smart folder to identify files that have changed recently so that you can synchronize them manually.
