Chapter 11: Surfing the Web > Navigate to Web Sites

Navigate to Web Sites

The most basic task when you use the Web is to move to the Web site you are interested in and then navigate within that site’s pages. There are a number of ways to do this, and you will probably use all of them as you explore the Web.

Moving to a Web site by entering its URL address is the most flexible method, and is the one you can always use. For most sites that you use regularly, you need to type the URL only once. After that, you can move back to it with a bookmark or by using the Safari History menu.
