• monitor the key indices of work-related stress (e.g., absence, turnover, conflict, performance);
• ensure the health and safety policy addresses work-related stress;
• ensure that risk assessments for work-related stress have been carried out;
• ensure that where risks to health and well-being or stressors have been identified, recommendations to minimize the risk have been implemented;
