Disappointed with this book. Very terse. No use at all to me. I know very little Apache and just needed to understand how mod_rewrite works. From the chapter heading 'URL Rewriting with mod_rewrite' I thought this book might be helpful as this was exactly what I wanted to do. This section was just a list of directives that I already had from the apache documentation. There was no explanation of how they are used. The rest of the book is written in a similar vein.
