The book definitely helped in passing the PMP exam on the 1st try. Thank you very much for the very helpful visual learning experience and the inspiration to succeed and move further in project management! Very practical and down to earth supplement for the PMBok 4th ed.

This book is fundamentally based on real world examples. I think it's a great way to learn, and it's executed very well in this writing. You get a great blend of what you need to know for the exam and how to apply the principles in real life project management.
I highly recommend Head First PMP: the book was a key part of my PMP studies, and I passed the PMP test easily.

The material was very good and it made the PMBOK much easier to understand. However, the editing of this book was awful! Sentence structure was a joke and to top it off some of the answers to the quizzes were incorrect. There is a "Processcross" at the end of the book and the answer key does not match. Seriously? Who edited this book?
