I really enjoyed reading this book. It is an easy read (and somewhat humorous) and gives a good foundation in Excel. I especially enjoyed the stories behind assignments.

Excellent book for learning about excel. I have been a self-taught user of excel for years and this book taught me to exploit a lot of features I was not using.
