I have been using Office for a long time. I find that when I need to update my skills on a new version of Office the Step-by-Step series meets my requirments in that I can go through the exercise as needed or go through the quick review section depending on how much the product has changed

I ordered these items and I paid next day delivery fees, the items arrived extremely late. As a school, I needed to have these itmes on time for our class, unfortunately because of late arrival we were forced to go to local bookstore and pay list price to get the books for the class. I see this as a weakness of Amazon.com, hoping this will not happened to others.
