once again (similar to the other review) the practice tests are nowhere to be found. Empty folder in the .zip download.

This is great material for preparing for 70-515 in particular and intermediate ASP.Net book in general. But unfortunately the Safari Online version does not include the Practice Tests. This is a huge failure on the players involved here.
UPDATE:
Since the above review, the CD Contents including the Practice Test have been made available to download. Thank you Safari Books.
