The quality of this book is inconsistent. Some chapters are good, others are little more than a series of URLs to other material. The review questions are particularly poor. The way in which the answers are written and presented is particularly unhelpful.
(Future editors: print the question and each answer in the answers section. For each incorrect answer, explain both why it is incorrect and what the answer/command actually does. Your objective is to teach, not to mystify.)
