I was looking for a book which outlines the "new & improved" functions from a user perspective.  This book is more for the administrators and developers.

the information given is useful but nothing distinguishes this book from the others that offer even more details and do more in depth. I did pick up a few nice nuggets though. My only complaint was being unable to distinguish between which features are for Enterprise only. I had to keep going back and doing the leg work to figure that out which will be a big problem for companies that will read this and only have Enterprise. They will get burned after getting excited about the prospects.
