Reviewer rating:
You've probably seen those notices that say that as of February 17, 2009 all television stations will be going digital. But what does "going digital" mean for you. On February 17, will your television suddenly go blank? Will you have to run out and get a new television so you can watch all your favorite television shows?

Switching to Digital TV explains the process in everyday language. Once you've read this little guide, you'll know where you stand. You'll know if your television is ready for digital viewing and how if the changes will affect you in any way. The author even includes information on digital converters: where to find them, how to hook them up, and how to get your government rebate for up to two televisions in your household.

Don't wait until February 17, 2009. If you have any questions about digital broadcasting or wonder if your television will even work after that date, be sure to pick up a copy of Switching to Digital TV.
