I purchased this book 3 months ago. It was better than the N10-002 study guide sybex book. However, Fully reading the book several times with the test material including Transcender N10-004 software was NOT enough to pass the Network + exam. Took the test 2 times and scored 690+696 out of 900 points. Needed 720 to pass. Passed the A+ exam on the first attempt and have classroom training. A very hard exam since it was revised from the older tests. Would not rely completely on this book. Furture more the book was somewhat unspecific with the security section. The tests were much easier with the book than the trancender and comptia exams. Defenity buy Software and Look at video and or multiple reading material. Good luck! Shooting for a 3rd attempt at the test with 100% on the testing software....
