This book refers to W3Schools. On W3Schools' site there is a section where you can get a certificate for HTML & CSS programming. I tried out the practice test for HTML (Which this book is mainly based upon) there were some elements that were asked for in the test that wasn't in the Manual. Other than that, very great and high quality book. Teaches beginners how to make a business online with web designing!
