Brian Tracy has traveled and worked in more than 30 countries, studying business, economics, philosophy, psychology, history, and entrepreneurship. The 100 Absolutely Unbreakable Laws of Business Success is based on those years of study and provides a wide-ranging view of the things that make some businesses -- and lives -- work, and others fail.
The author provides a wealth of practical advice distilled into 100 easy-to-follow laws covering the major areas of work and business, such as leadership, money, economics, selling, negotiating, and time management. He includes numerous examples to show how each law functions in the real world and practical guidance on applying it to one's life and work.

Maybe I won't go so far as to say this is the best business book I've ever read, but I completely filled up a spiral notebook with notes. In fact, I had to use about 10 pages of another spiral notebook. I think I took more notes from Brian Tracy's 100 ABSOLUTELY UNBREAKABLE LAWS OF BUSINESS SUCCESS than from any other book I have ever read, and I've read an awful lot of books.
One thing I really want to point out is that this book is not just about business. This book is about life. In fact, the first chapter is about the Laws of Life. It contains five subchapters, but really, all of the other seven chapters and ninety-three sub chapters have to do with both business and life. These laws apply to marriage, school, politics, you name it. For instance, in chapter two we find the Law of Responsibility. You will see that it applies to every aspect of life in some way. The entirety of chapter seven contains fifteen laws of negotiating that will likely save enough on your next vehicle purchase to pay for a copy of this book for every member of your family!
I could go on and on. I just can't think of a part of this book that isn't applicable to every part of life in some way. What I'm saying is, this isn't just a business book! This is a book that will make you a better person, and isn't that really what life is all about?
The book is exceptionally well written. There's not a lot of razzle-dazzle, just cold hard stuff you can use to propel your life to a higher level. I recommend a lot of books, but only a select few make it onto my "must read" list. This is certainly one of those must reads. This book gets my highest recommendation.

his ability to distill life-altering concepts into digestable insights is among the very best. There are hundreds of motivational speakers and writers, but Tracy is one of the most efficient at conveying his message in an understandable format.
The 100 Unbreakable Laws of Business Success presents time-tested truths in an easy-to-read style. Many of these concepts are not Tracy's. He merely introduces fundamental principles developed by other great thinkers and dishes them up in comprehensible chunks. It's like getting the philisophies of Earl Nightengale, Ben Franklin, and other giants compressed into one actionable book.
If one could simply maintain the discipline to read and meditate on one of these laws every week, the benefits would begin to manifest immediately, and after two years, the reader would be astonished at the results.

I read this book years ago and it still sticks with me today. The laws apply greatly to those working in the workplace under the corporate umbrella. I remember reading this book, thinking about the comments and understanding why I was accelling in some areas and not on others.
Really great book that has timeless advice and a great tone. Easy to read as the book is broken down into those easy to read couple of page lessons.
It should be required reading for any undergrad / graduate business program.

"The 100 Absolutely Unbreakable Laws of Business Success" is a collection of principles that range from the popular law of attraction, that has become even more popular through the book "The Secret" and "Ask and it is Given", to the law of compensation which Emerson wrote about brilliantly in his essay titled "Compensation". Readers will find many examples like these of books that cover one of the "laws" from this book more extensively and prior to this book. However, the brilliance of this book is its ability to bring so many of these principles into one volume that is easy to read and explained well. Tracy has put together a winning book that will give you a guideline of the key principles for business success. I found value in almost every page of this book. I have learned a lot from Tracy's books, this is definitively an achievement enhancer. Enjoy!

I have to chuckle when I read reviews that say this is all common sense. I do agree that it is not all new. And I do agree that it is a lot of common sense, but not necessarily common knowledge.
I also have to wonder if the reviewer who claims this is all basic really understands all of the principles and techniques that Tracy discloses in ths book. Reviewer does not indicate what business success he has if any.
Granted, this information may seem to be odd for someone who has read those big thick college textbooks and sat in classes listening to college profs teaching business management classes who have never been in business. For me, I'd rather learn from someone who has done it...as Brian Tracy has..
If you are in business or want to be, this book is must reading.
