A podcast gives you an opportunity to connect to new customers, or to stay connected to your current customers, by communicating to them about some aspect of their life or industry. A podcast is a fun, interactive way to express your ideas and opinions to your customers.

While it does require a time commitment to set up and create your first one, successive podcasts will be easier to do, and they can often be tagged onto blogs. Your customers (or prospective customers) can download your commentary, and listen to it on their computer, MP3 player, or iPod.
