2 Chapter 2. Introduction to IBM System Storage DS3500 In this chapter, we introduce the new IBM System Storage DS3500 Storage Subsystem offerings and functionality. These products consists of models of storage subsystems that provide a variety of environments to meet various user needs. We describe the EXP3512 and EXP3524 SAS disk drive enclosures as well.
