6 Chapter 6. Maintenance and troubleshooting In this chapter, we describe the major aspects of the maintenance of and troubleshooting the IBM SAN32B-E4 switch and IBM SAN768/384 director in the solution with IBM Storwize V7000. We explain the encryption part of the functionality. It is not our intent to describe the regular maintenance tasks. We assume that you are experienced in IBM storage area network (SAN) switches and directors. If you need additional reference for the procedures
