Mike Riches is a Senior Network Specialist within Maintenance and Technical Support Services, United Kingdom, providing remote technical support and on-site consultancy for IBM clients across Europe. He has 20 years of experience working with IBM networking software, the last nine of those working for IBM. His areas of expertise include z/OS Communications Server, SNA, APPN, HPR, EE and TCP/IP networking. Maulide Xavier is an IT Specialist in IBM Portugal. He has 13 years of experience in IBM mainframe and networking systems. His current responsibilities include network-related problem-solving in System z and supporting clients to implement a network infrastructure in complex environments.
