Ensure the foreign bus link is in a Started state (a solid green arrow icon). If the link is not started, attempt to start it by selecting the box to the left of the link and clicking Start. If the link will not start, you might have a configuration problem. 24.2.2 Verify the messaging engine has started A problem with foreign bus configuration can prevent the messaging engine from starting.
