10 Chapter 10. Troubleshooting In this chapter, we address analyzing, diagnosing, and remedying problems that you might encounter when installing, configuring, or maintaining the IBM Workplace Collaboration Services environment. We discuss issues that we encountered that are either common to Workplace Collaboration Services on any platform or specific to the i5/OS platform. We show you some of the key troubleshooting techniques that you can use to help solve such problems, with particular reference to issues related to the i5/OS platform.
