April 2006, Second Edition This revision reflects the addition, deletion, or modification of new and changed information described below. This book was first published in June of 2005 as an IBM redbook entitled z/VM and Linux on zSeries: From LPAR to Virtual Servers in Two Days. The new title, z/VM and Linux on IBM System z: The Virtualization Cookbook for SLES9, hopefully better reflects the contents of the book and the mainframe's new brand name. Some content has been removed, some added and some changed.
