There is no Turkish tradition involving the exchange of business cards. However, treat all cards with respect.
If possible, present your card with both hands. If you can only use one hand (say, because you are holding your briefcase), be sure to use your right hand.
Bring a substantial number of cards. When you go to an office, you will leave one card with the receptionist and others for the executives you meet.
Your cards should be translated into Turkish on one side.
If your cards are in your wallet, do not keep your wallet in your back trouser pocket.
You may not get a card in return on your first visit. A Turkish businessperson may not give you a card until he is convinced that he wants to be in business with you.
