Chapter 3. Linking Reports

When you are working with Oracle CRM On Demand, you are working with a website. No other feature of websites is more prevalent than then hyperlink. This chapter describes all of the methods for adding hyperlink functionality to Oracle CRM On Demand and your reports. We will look at linking between two reports, linking from non-report screens to reports, and linking from reports to non-report screens. At the end of the chapter we will try some other links that do not fit neatly into those three categories but that are potentially useful to you, the report developer, as you seek to add interactivity to your reports and further embed them into the business processes of your users.
