About the Author

Richard Bingham is a senior principal support engineer currently working on the design and delivery of the tools, processes, and services that make up Oracle Fusion Applications Support. Richard joined Oracle in 1999 and has supported more than ten different application products and thousands of customers.

Between graduating with a BS in Geology and joining Oracle, Richard worked as a developer, an analyst, an implementer, and a system manager (as well as a doorman and a offshore mud-logger!). Richard is also an accredited assessor for the UK Institute of Customer Services, awarding professional customer service certifications to a wide range of organizations.

Kai Pigg is Director in Fusion Apps Functional Architecture, specializing in Customer Software Lifecycle Management. With a background in both IT and accounting, Kai worked with Oracle Applications for more than 20 years in various roles in EMEA and North America, before joining the Fusion Apps Development team.
