All of the thanks for this project go to Bill Burton, Bryan Vongray, and Hagen Herbst. They have shown tremendous tenacity in seeing this project through, and I am grateful to them for their hard work. In particular, Bill was truly the driving force behind making this whole thing happen, in spite of the hectic and crazy pace of the last several months, and then Bryan really stepped in and solidified the team, followed by Hagen.
