Consuming data from the Master Data Services system requires analysis of the subscribing system’s needs. These needs should be evaluated against the supported export formats. Subscription views provide a number of columns that can help filter and manage ETL processes into subscribing systems at an individual record level. Model deployment does not deploy subscription views from packages. If an organization has a lot of subscription views, it can programmatically manage these views through the MDS web service.
