Prepare and Degunk a New PC

If you purchased a new PC, you can be sure it’s filled with stuff you don’t want. You’ll find trialware, software, music programs, image editing programs, games, programs from the manufacturer that will automatically get updates for all of this gunk, and more. I call it all crapware. If you’re totally into degunking, I heartily suggest you take a look at all of it for a couple of days, and then seriously consider reinstalling Windows 7 on the PC with the Windows 7 DVD and choosing to install it ‘clean.’” If you do this, your PC will be pristine, with only Windows 7 on it and nothing else. Of course, to do this you must have purchased a computer that comes with a Windows 7 DVD, a driver disc, and preferably an applications disc, but if you’re serious about starting off fresh, degunked, and neat and clean, this is the way to go.
