The Final Question: Where Will Our Continuous Improvement Journey Take Us?

As mentioned earlier, we have always been taught that continuous improvement is a journey without a destination. It’s a journey without end, and the learning is in the journey itself. It’s a never-ending journey of improvement and eliminating waste, a journey of improvement in all aspects of a company’s operation. Creating a culture that improves each day is the key. Having been taught that, we never had to ask or answer questions such as: Where will this journey take us? What is our destination? What are we trying to accomplish in our operation?
