As a veteran consultant, mentor, producer, and coach, referrals from both colleagues and satisfied clients are the lifeblood of my business. I could share many examples, but probably one of the most rewarding new pieces of business was when my co-producer and I were hired by the United Nations to produce a fund-raiser event in Los Angeles to clear land mines. The artists performing at this event were none other than Sir Paul McCartney, Brian Wilson (Beach Boys), and Stephen Stills (Crosby Stills & Nash). Oh, and it was hosted by Jay Leno.
