Intercompany Transaction Module

HFM allows users to enter and post intercompany transactions to the application. This chapter will cover some of the basics and design considerations you should have when using this module. Adoption of the Intercompany Transaction module (ICT) has been slow in the United States. There are a couple of reasons for this; first, the natural position for the intercompany matching process is further upstream in the close process; second, you need multiple systems to provide the detail required at the same level; third, it has to provide more value than seeing balances alone reconcile.
