Metadata Tables

The Metadata tables are used to store properties and attributes of each of the 12 POV dimensions. They follow a similar naming convention as the data tables. For example, there are 12 Metadata tables for each application, one for each dimension, so for the COMMA application, you would find a “COMMA_ENTITY_HEADER” table. The POV dimensions are Scenario, Year, Period, View, Entity, Value, Account, ICP, and Custom1 through Custom4.

Each POV dimension has the following four metadata tables associated with it:
