System Table Overview

When a database is first created, a set of common system tables is created for all applications in the database. The Hyperion Financial Management Properties table contains system-wide property settings.

Data Source Table

The DATASOURCES table stores the applications contained in the database.

Clustering Tables

The Clustering tables consist of the following:

HSX_CLUSTER_CONT_INFO The Controller Info table stores each application server that is running an application; an entry exists along with the timestamp of the last time the application server communicated with the database server.

HSX_CLUSTER_CONTROLLERS Contains the App Server that is responsible for maintaining data synchronization.
