When Ethnic “Minority” Becomes Ethnic “Majority”

Current birthrates for minorities in the United States exceed that of Caucasians. Based on U.S. Census Bureau estimates, the United States is on track to reach “Majority Minority” status by 2042, with continued growth of Asian, Black, and Hispanic populations. As ethnic diversity increases, it will become even more important for organizations to foster a culture where all employees feel welcomed and included.
