The Dizi84 (16F84A with DIsplay, buZzer & Interrupt) board has push-button and switched inputs, a seven-segment light-emitting diode (LED) display and a buzzer. This hardware was introduced in Chapter 10, and here the development of the board will be described in more detail, with an application that uses most of its features e an electronic lock. The finished hardware is shown in Figure 10.11.
