All around us is a fine scent of wood and spices, and the shop is crowded with people who are looking for a gift or for something they can take to a dinner. All staff mem- bers are rather busy. In front of the many shelves, a number of different cus- tomers scan the labels. Chances are, three of them have some "special" need or request, which in turn implies a different way of seeking, a different way of searching the shelves. Sure enough, all of them are looking for wine, and all of them have chosen this particular winery because they know it has one of the best equipped cellars in the area.
