R1 cannot currently form an EIGRP adjacency to R3 over the Frame Relay network.

Fix the problem so that R1 and R3 have the following EIGRP adjacencies with each other:

R1# show ip eigrp neighbor | include 120.100.123.3

Do not modify or remove the existing frame-relay map statements on R1 and R3. You may add additional map statements but are not permitted to modify the interface type. Do not modify the manner in which EIGRP operates over the Frame Relay network.
