Enabling GPS
Before you can begin to use the many features of your Galaxy Tab that utilize GPS, you must first enable your Tab’s GPS capabilities. Activating your Tab’s GPS capabilities is a very easy process.
Galaxy Tab 7"
1. Press your finger against the status bar at the top of your Tab’s screen.
2. Pull down with your finger to access the Notifications panel.
3. Tap GPS to enable the feature.
4. Drag or flick the bottom of the Notifications panel upward to close it. GPS has now been enabled for your device.
Galaxy Tab 10"
1. Tap Apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Location and Security.
4. Tap Use GPS Satellites.
