Choose the Right Type of Image

Choosing the right type of image is as important as getting the image right. You have so many choices! For example, your options include line art, clip art, photography, charts, tables, word art, and so forth. With line art alone, you have several choices. You could use a simple computer-generated illustration that has a basic two-dimensional look, a shaded and fully rendered illustration that appears three dimensional, or even a scanned etching or drawing. With photography, you might choose a shot that shows an object in clear focus, or you might choose a mood shot that has a more ethereal look. The possibilities are abundant!
