Body: Their bodies look static. There has to be more movement to create a moment you can connect with. The bride is tilting her head toward the groom, which is a good thing, but the groom should return the favor.

Expression: Although they are both smiling, the pose shows a lack of connection between them. This issue can be fixed by the photographer tilting their heads into position, then making the couple react by saying something to them. What you choose to say depends on your personality as a photographer, your clients, and the relationship you have with them. Sometimes, you have to say something out of your own comfort zone to get them to react. Remember not to use clichés, or the only reaction you will get from your clients is annoyance.
