Using the Camera

Your EVO 3D uses a pair of 5-megapixel, auto-focusing, rear-facing cameras located on the back of the device to capture photos or video in 3D or 2D. The EVO 3D is also equipped with a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera, so you can video chat or take a photo of yourself. Both Photo and Video modes come with a unique group of settings to help you capture the best image.

1. Tap the Camera application on the Home screen. By default your EVO opens in 2D photo mode.

2. Tap to preview your photos within the Gallery application.

3. Tap to place into video mode.

4. Tap to switch between rear-facing and front-facing cameras.

5. Tap to choose from a list of in-camera effects before you capture a photo.

6. Tap to deactivate the Flash feature.
