Other Specialized Apps for Online Social Networking
Although you could opt to use their respective “official” apps to connect to Twitter, Facebook, Google+, or other popular online services, in the App Store you’ll find many third-party apps (not all of which are free) that allow you to interact with these popular online social networking services and utilize features often not offered by the official apps.
Tip
To find third-party apps designed to work with your favorite online social networking services that might offer enhanced functionality—such as the capability to more easily upload photos, create albums, tag photos, and/or share digital images online—visit the App Store. In the App Store’s Search field, enter the name of the online social networking service you’re interested in, and then take a look at the various apps that are listed. Although you can always use the “official” app for that service, which is free, you might decide that one of the third-party paid apps will be more useful to you.
