5. Video Touch-Ups

In this chapter, you learn all about iMovie ’11’s video touch-up tools, and how you can use them to clean up and correct your less-than-perfect video footage.

iMovie ’11 offers a number of tools to touch up your video footage. I refer to these tools as “touch-up tools” because they are different from iMovie’s video effects tools you’ll read about in Chapter 6, “Video Effects.” Video effect tools let you add special effects to your footage. Video touch-up tools, on the other hand, allow you to clean up your footage to make it look the best it possibly can.
