If you don’t want to use Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements to manage the photos you want uploaded to your iPhone, you can just put them in a folder on your PC and have iTunes do the uploading for you. Here’s how: First, connect your iPhone to your computer, which brings up iTunes (if you have that preference set). In the Source list on the left side of the iTunes window, under Devices, click on your iPhone to bring up the iPhone preferences, then click on the Photos tab. At the top of this pane, turn on the Sync Photos From checkbox, and from this pop-up menu, select Choose Folder. This brings up the Change Photos Folder Location dialog (it’s like a standard Open dialog), where you choose which folder your photos are in. Once you’ve made your way to that folder, click the Select Folder button, then go to the bottom-right corner of the iTunes window, and click the Apply button to upload the photos in that folder to your iPhone. If you have subfolders in that folder, you can also click the Selected Folders radio button near the top of the Photos pane, and turn on the checkboxes only for the subfolders you want to upload. The subfolders will show up as albums on your iPhone.
