Why Is High Employee Turnover Bad?

Neither you nor we are good enough or smart enough to hire the right people all the time. But employee turnover is costly, disruptive, and takes your eye "off the ball"—satisfied, paying customers. It is frustrating and time-consuming hiring people, getting them trained correctly, and then having to start all over with a new employee after the experienced good employee leaves. Quality and efficiency suffers with constant employee turnover.
