Joe is the co-founder and CEO genius behind Theo Chocolate. This boutique chocolatier has stayed small and local while making it big and national, in large part by working closely with everyone in their manufacturing process—from cacao farmers to chocolate lovers in all 50 states. And they put their money where their chocolate-covered mouth is, donating money and resources back to the local communities and charities the whole way along.
